World Light Prayers

Roger and I had a World Light prayer meeting on Sunday night.
We had a few people join which was exciting. And we were thanked that we reminded everyone to put God first and remember that He is our ultimate source for the things that we need. He is our provider. World Light is but a channel for his blessings.

Roger opened our meeting by thanking the Lord for giving us the freedom to gather together and thanked the busy people that took the time out of their busy schedule to honour the Lord. Prayers were uttered to bestow God's blessings on our attendees in the name of Jesus.

We believe that World Light is a gift from God given to Ron Mashal and that we all should commit to keeping his dream alive to help people in these troubled economic times and to be a blessing to Charities all over the world.

The Bible says, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:19) That is why we decided to gather together for prayer. We want to see God's mighty power work among our members and our World Light company.

Having said that, as a group of World Light members, we are going to thank God, and also ask Him for what we want. Anyone that wants to pray is more than welcome to on these calls. If you just want to listen in that is fine also, we are not going to put you on the spot.

Psalms 118: 8 says, "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."

So let's not forget who is in charge and let us acknowledge Him. We are to pray if we want to receive.

Matthew 7:7 says, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Matthew 21: 22 "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. The key word here is believing the fact that you are on this call tells me that you do believe."

Jeremiah 33: 3 "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."

You can pray for whatever is on your heart on our calls but Roger would like to give you a few areas to remember in your prayer:

• The Company
  
• Protection of World Light
  
• Government
  
• Payment processor
  
• That the World Light company keep a Good reputation
  
• That World Light would be used for the purpose that it was intended.
  
• Pray for Mike Dodd... for his work load and to give him wisdom, and health
  
• Pray for patience for World Light members.
  
• Pray for our programmer, Videme... for Wisdom and clarity and understanding while programming. His health, (as he get bad headaches at times.) Relieve some pressure off of his shoulders.
  
• Pray for David Preston that the Lord would free up some of his schedule so he could devote more time as a consultant to World Light. Pray that he would have a servants heart.
  
• Pray for Brad, Patty, and Jim and all the other people that make this company great, which is everyone of you.
  
• Pray for each other... our marriages, children, future, etc.
